I've been going to quite a few art exhibits recently, especially photography exhibits.  Those visits are helping me to think through how Okinawa has been and is being framed and gazed upon through art/photography. Last week I went back to Sakima Art Museum.  I haven't been there in about a decade.  It was good to see some new pieces and return to the permanent exhibits--the panels on the Battle.
