melody.’s latest album, “Lei Aloha,” was just released today and she shares a photo of herself with the CD on her official blog. “Lei Aloha” has a total of 14 tracks and includes an album version of her hit single “Haruka.”
This is melody.’s fourth album — following 2007′s “READY TO GO!” — and I believe the first that makes light of her connection to Hawaii, her birthplace. With the release of “Lei Aloha,” melody.’s discography has grown to a total of four full-albums (all originals, maybe the next one will be a best of?) and 11 singles.
Tracks from melody.’s new album are being streamed on MySpace.com and on her record label’s website. The album — first-pressing three-fold sleeve box — is currently available at my favorite online music store, cdjapan.co.jp.
